You agree to the following terms and conditions when you when you register in any mentoring program or session with Project Be, LLC.


PAYMENT
Payment can be made by credit card (VISA®, MasterCard®, Discover® Card, or American Express® accepted) by using the PayPal® system when you register for a program through our Web site.

CREDIT POLICY
When you register for any Project Be mentoring program you agree to participate in the mentoring session during the time period you select. In the event that circumstances make you unable to attend a mentoring session prior to its commencement, you must notify Project Be of your inability to attend such program or session within 24hrs of the session in order to reschedule your session.  No cash refunds of any portion of the mentorship program fee will be made by Project Be once payment for a mentorship program has been received.  All mentoring sessions (including those sessions that are rescheduled) must be completed within 8 months of the start date of the mentoring program.

CANCELLATION OF A MENTORING PROGRAM BY PROJECT BE
In the event a mentoring program has to be cancelled by Project Be, LLC due to an unforeseen circumstance, Project Be, LLC shall reimburse you 100% of the fee for the mentoring sessions that have yet to be completed. This shall be Project Be, LLC's entire liability and your sole remedy.

ACCEPTANCE OF PARTICIPANTS
Project Be, LLC reserves the right to reject any registration in a mentoring program from a participant, at its sole discretion.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMISSIBLE PURSUANT TO APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL PROJECT BE, LLC BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES INCURRED BY PARTICIPANT (INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS), WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT, OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, EVEN IF PROJECT BE, LLC HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES, RESULTING FROM (i) THE LOSS OF TICKETS OR PERSONAL ITEMS AND EFFECTS WHILE PARTICIPANT IS ATTENDING A COACHING, (ii) ANY ACCIDENT, INJURY OR DEATH OF A PARTICIPANT, (iii) DELAYS OR DAMAGE IN TRANSPORTATION OR OTHER SERVICES, QUARANTINE, SICKNESS, STRIKES, WAR (DECLARED OR UNDECLARED), ACTS OF TERRORISM, WEATHER OR ANY OTHER CAUSES ARISING FROM PARTICIPANT'S ATTENDANCE AT A COACHING.

IN NO EVENT SHALL THE AGGREGATE LIABILITY OF PROJECT BE , LLC (WHETHER IN CONTRACT, WARRANTY, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), PRODUCT LIABILITY, STRICT LIABILITY OR OTHERWISE) ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO PARTICIPANT'S PARTICIPATION IN A MENTORING PROGRAM EXCEED THE FEE YOU PAID TO US FOR SUCH PROGRAM.

YOUR REGISTERING IN A PROGRAM WITH PROJECT BE, LLC CONSTITUTES ACCEPTANCE OF THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS.

PRIVACY STATEMENT
Project Be, LLC is committed to protecting the privacy and confidential nature of the information we gather from you. We want to provide you with a safe, secure experience. We will use reasonable commercial efforts to ensure that the information you submit to us remains private and confidential. Information shared by you on the registration forms is used solely by our administration and faculty. The information remains within Project Be, LLC and we do not share, sell, or trade any personally identifiable information to any third party.

Credit Card Information
If you pay for a coaching program by credit card you may need to provide personal information and authorization for us to use such information to contact your credit card company. For example, you may need to provide the following:
Mailing address
Billing address
Credit card number
Telephone number
Similar to almost all Web sites, we gather information about all of our visitors collectively, including without limitation, (a) their Internet domain and their computer IP address, (b) what area users visit most frequently, (c) the type of browser and operating system they use, and (d) if the user linked to our Web site from another Web site, the address of that other Web site.
